Interested in joining aKDPhi at Oklahoma State?
Welcome to your all in one rush guide for alpha Kappa Delta Phi at Oklahoma State University. On our campus, aKDPhi is the only Asian-interest sorority as well as the only international sorority in our council & with over 66 chapters across the U.S. and Canada you can find a sister anywhere you go. We welcome women of all backgrounds to come out to our recruitment events. Rush events occur for two weeks within the first month of the semester. All events are free of charge with no obligation.

FAQ
DOES ATTENDING RUSH MEAN I COMMIT TO THE SORORITY?
Taking part in our Rush process does not obligate you to join. It is simply a chance for you to explore your interest in aKDPhi and decide whether or not to pursue a membership!

HOW MUCH ARE DUES?
Dues vary each semester and are dependent on how many members are active within the chapter. All money put into the chapter goes back into the sorority in some form, whether it’s events, supplies, etc. If you believe that money could be an issue please reach out to a sister!
ARE THERE ANY MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS?
In order to be eligible for an interview, rushees must attend at least 2 rush events, 1 informational, and educational held by the Multicultural Greek Council (August 26th, September 4th, or September 8th at 5PM). In accordance with the requirements set by MGC, members must also be enrolled in at least 12 hours and have a college GPA of at least 2.5.

DOES AKDPHI CONDUCT HAZING?
alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority Inc. is a non-hazing sorority. This means, in accordance with aKDPhi’s RMP, hazing in any form or degree will not be tolerated in our organization. No chapter, student, or alumnae shall be a part of, encourage, conduct or condone any hazing activities at any time.
